David’s role within Inspire is to drive the business forward. Apart from a Wednesday morning networking @BNIFairCity he is normally found managing client projects, attending conferences/seminars or writing web articles.
He has a unique background, with nine years’ experience in a range of web and IT roles plus seven years in sales and marketing in a blue-chip FMCG company. Prior to his MSc and co-founding Inspire, David worked for Scottish Brewers, now Heineken UK, and was for over seven years a successful sales manager. He also worked across the IT and project management functions for Norwich Union, Aviva and RAC-Auto Windscreens, delivering projects in a range of sizes.
David’s academic and professional qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Economics (Personnel) from the University of Paisley, an MSc in Information Technology (Systems) from Heriot-Watt University and PRINCE2 Practitioner-level certification. He is also an active member of the British Computer Society.
Frazer started working for Inspire in March 2015 after completing a degree in Digital Forensic. He works closely with the lead developers holding regular project reviews to proactively monitor all ongoing projects making sure they are delivered on time and to Inspires high standards.
He will carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before showing to the client to ensure it is delivered to the highest quality. He works with a group of 2 development teams, 3 graphic designers and 1 copywriter.
On Tuesday mornings Frazer attends BNI Carnegie Chapter in Dunfermline for some morning networking and attends various other networking events. As part of Frazer’s role within Inspire he meets with clients to train them on how to use our content management system (CMS) and is available to answer any questions and provide some guidance when needed.
In his spare time, Frazer is a black belt in Taekwondo and is an assistant instructor with his club. He is also a motorsport enthusiast so can be found at Knockhill Racing Circuit watching some fast paced racing.
Janet not only helps us with our Marketing but is on hand to assist our clients as well. With a range of practical strategies and solutions that won’t burst the piggy bank, Janet’s down to earth approach is suited to all types of business.

Lara joined the Company in October, 2017 as our newly appointed Office Manager and PA to David.
Lara has a Business Studies and Marketing (Hons) Degree specialising in Brand Marketing from University of Abertay. Lara went on to win a Scholarship to complete her MA (Master of Letters with Commendation) in Aberdeen in Multi-Culturalism with her theses specialising in cultural behaviour and the effects of nationalism.
Previous roles include sales, direct marketing, paralegal, and debt recovery agent.
In her spare time, Lara is a dedicated mother to her two children who keep her very busy along with the family's three dogs.
On the rare occasion she has time to herself, she enjoys extreme sports and last year took part in the Highland Fling Bungee Jump in Killiecrankie being the only person to jump twice in that day!
