Inspire are a full service digital agency looking after private, corporate, public and 3rd sector clients.

Our client base is worldwide and from all sectors, large multi nationals to exciting, independent and innovative enterprises. We are looking for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our World Class Team. This is a key role within our organisation so would suit a confident self-starter who works well under pressure.

We are one of Scotland’s top Digital Agencies with our head office in Perth, a Design & Project Hub in Glasgow and satellite offices in Fife, Edinburgh and West Lothian and have been successfully established since 2008. We are undergoing a period of exciting growth and opportunities are excellent for committed staff with Inspire.

This vacancy is based in our Glasgow office. Our offices are fully equipped with all the technology you’ll need to do an excellent job and we work hard to create a relaxed atmosphere where the employee comes first.The Glasgow office is located in the Media District in Kinning Park. There is plenty of free parking. The Glasgow building boasts an amazing garden roof terrace that you can use for breaks/lunch or (weather permitting) client meetings.

If this is you then you’d be taking the lead with our client website projects. You will be a problem solver who can work with clients to determine a project's scope, create estimates/quotes and project plans to ensure smooth deliveries. You'll have a team of designers and developers to work with to deliver world class solutions so experience of managing/assigning tasks to other team members would be useful. It is fast-paced and exciting work and you'll be able to see projects all the way from the idea stage to websites going live.
