Office Manager/PA to Director

We are looking for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our World Class Team. This is a key role within our organisation so would suit a confident self-starter who works well under pressure.

We are one of Scotland’s top Digital Agencies with our head office in Perth, a Design & Project Hub in Glasgow and satellite offices in Fife, Edinburgh and West Lothian and have been successfully established since 2008. We are undergoing a period of exciting growth and opportunities are excellent for committed staff with Inspire.

This vacancy is based in our Perth Office. Our offices are fully equipped with all the technology you’ll need to do an excellent job and we work hard to create a relaxed atmosphere where the employee comes first. The Perth office is located in the Inveralmond Industrial Estate which has a range of different Retail shops and Cafes.

There is plenty of free parking. The local area has a number of great walks including a riverside walk just 2 minutes from the Office.

Our staff enjoy, 30 days holiday each year, excellent Pension Plan and lots of extras in the office to keep us fortified during a hectic working day.

The role will encompass PA, Office Management and Book Keeping duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

The successful candidate will assist and drive the owner to make the best use of his time by being an overall enabler for the Owner/Director.

The ideal candidate may well be in a Office Administrator role but looking to progress their career. Previous experience of undertaking an Office Admin (incl Accounts), HR and/or PA role is critical in this role.

This vacancy is based in our Glasgow office. Our offices are fully equipped with all the technology you’ll need to do an excellent job and we work hard to create a relaxed atmosphere where the employee comes first.The Glasgow office is located in the Media District in Kinning Park. There is plenty of free parking. The Glasgow building boasts an amazing garden roof terrace that you can use for breaks/lunch or (weather permitting) client meetings.

If this is you then you’d be taking the lead with our client website projects. You will be a problem solver who can work with clients to determine a project's scope, create estimates/quotes and project plans to ensure smooth deliveries. You'll have a team of designers and developers to work with to deliver world class solutions so experience of managing/assigning tasks to other team members would be useful. It is fast-paced and exciting work and you'll be able to see projects all the way from the idea stage to websites going live.

SENIOR CREATIVE WEB DESIGNER

We want the best talent first and foremost.

You can work from anywhere, as long as you're comfortable travelling to see clients (when needed). We have a preference for the candidate to initially work remotely and post Covid19 possibly split their time between our Glasgow office (Development Team predominantly based) and Perth office (Marketing Team predominantly based).

The successful candidate will be working alongside our friendly team on the delivery and execution of the online marketing strategy to support sales and marketing objectives of businesses from a diverse range of sectors.
