Blackhills Clinic, based in Aberuthven, wanted a custom designed website with a bespoke design, look and feel. One important function for the site was to have a facility for other dental practices to refer patients to Blackhills.
What We Did
We added a “Refer your Patient” section with an easy to complete form enabling full details to be sent including charts, documents and radiography images. This was done using a SSL certificate which ensures that the content being submitted is secure.
We collated the results of web traffic to dental websites research and found that 70% of users are accessing the website after normal practice hours. By adding a “Request Call Back” to the footer this the patient can inform the practice of the best time to contact them.
The referral system for fellow Dentists has enabled Blackhills to strengthen its position as a Specialist Dental Referral Clinic.
Patients loyalty has been improved with the Calling system.
The sliding home page banner allows Blackhills administration to update and showcase important industry events, clients’ testimonials and landmark achievements by the practice: all adding to the leading market position of the practice.
Unlike many web design or marketing agencies, we do not run automated software and send you out a long technical Website Review Report on what you or indeed your last developer have missed.
We recognise that the web is evolving at a tremendous pace, one real month is equal to one web year, so what was delivered just a few years ago, may very well be looking tired and dated.
