What we use AI for
We use AI to assist with tasks like:
- Turning meeting recordings or transcripts into draft notes and actions (then reviewed and edited by a human)
- Drafting internal summaries, checklists and first-pass documentation
- Organising research and highlighting patterns in data
- Supporting analysis (for example, spotting issues in reports or identifying anomalies)
How AI may show up in delivery
Depending on the project, AI may be used to support:
Web development
- Automating repetitive tasks such as code suggestions, testing support, and documentation
- Speeding up experimentation such as A/B test setup and analysis (where appropriate)
SEO and content
- Analysing search results and content performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Supporting technical checks (for example, broken links or site-wide issues)
- Creating first drafts or outlines for content - always reviewed, edited and approved by a human before use
Social and campaign work
- Summarising performance data and identifying trends
- Helping generate variations for messaging (with human review and final sign-off)
User experience
- Generating early ideas, hypotheses, or draft wireframe concepts
- Supporting analysis of behavioural and performance data to improve user journeys
What we don’t do
To protect clients and keep standards high:
- We don’t use AI as the final author of client-facing work without human review and accountability
- We don’t upload confidential client information into public AI tools unless we have a clear, agreed process and the right safeguards in place
- We don’t use AI to replace the judgement, responsibility, or expertise of our team
Quality, privacy and accountability
When AI is used, we treat it like any other tool:
- A human is responsible for reviewing accuracy, tone, and suitability
- We sense-check outputs against source material and context
- We keep an internal record of AI use where relevant to the task
Your choice
If you’d like us to avoid AI on your project, tell your project manager and we’ll agree on an approach. If you want to know where AI has been used, ask - we’ll be transparent.
If you have any questions about this policy, speak to your project manager or email [email protected]
