The Outcome

After the revamped TCD website successfully went live, and the results were immediate and overwhelmingly positive already!

The website now truly reflects TCD's dedication to the community, attracting more visitors and potential collaborators. Their services are also now prominently displayed, to ensure visitors understand their offerings.

With sections like "Latest News" and "Case Studies", TCD can now share updates and stories, fostering community involvement. The site has become a hub for those seeking help, information, or ways to contribute.

The Brief

TCD is proud of the work that they do, and they want more people to be aware of their mission. While they already have a website, it doesn’t reflect the impact of their work, making it hard to communicate their advocacy to a wider audience.

When TCD came to us, they had a clear vision for their new digital presence:

To create a powerful online platform that highlights their life-changing initiatives.

To make it easier for people to seek support, donate furniture, or get involved as volunteers.

To connect with a wider audience, including businesses in Tayside eager to make a difference.

Key requirements

A modern, user-friendly design that resonates with TCD's mission.
Effective lead generation tools, including forms for donations and volunteer applications.
A platform that encourages both monetary and furniture donations.
An intuitive interface for users seeking help, information, or ways to contribute.

What we did

The Inspire team took a holistic approach to ensure that every aspect of the website was tailored to meet TCD’s objectives. From design and development to SEO optimisation, we maintained an open communication with TCD to make sure the website reflects their vision and goals.

Highlighted TCD’s core services to ensure visitors can easily understand their housing support and housing first programme.
Created dedicated sections for FareShare Tayside & Fife and Transform Furniture, showcasing their impact.
Integrated clear calls-to-action for potential volunteers and donors, making it easier for them to get involved.
Added a section for news and case studies to allow TCD to share success stories and updates with the community.
Ongoing SEO work to ensure TCD's mission reaches a wider audience.
