Inspire Digital encourages industry to share links to the NHS track app

Press Release

Inspire Digital's visitors can now access links to download the NHS Protect Scotland app from the company's website in another effort to fight COVID-19

With a traffic of around 9 million per year, Perthshire-based digital agency Inspire Digital announced on Friday (11/9) that all site visitors will now be able to click on a link and download the NHS Protect Scotland track and trace app from either App Store or Google Play, in a bid to fight the latest rise in Coronavirus cases in the country.

The number of infections in Scotland has roughly trebled in the last 3 weeks.

Explaining the move, Inspire Digital's managing director David Dwyer said: "We need to create as many opportunities as we can to encourage people to download the NHS Scotland Protect App. The more exposure we give this the more successful it'll be and ultimately the safer we'll all be. Businesses like ours are in a position to not only influence our clients of the need to step up to the plate, but also to inspire them to exponentially increase the number of downloads."

The company looks after hundreds of website presences across Scotland, all of which they are encouraging to consider doing the same.
