The Outcome
The custom-built system is still actively supporting RW Bell Building Services, with approximately 100 users logging in daily on the road and from customer locations, using their mobile devices to track their work, upload photos of completed tasks, update materials used, and perform a variety of essential functions to make sure everything runs smoothly in real-time.
Thanks to the system's intuitive design and seamless integration, the team at RW Bell now enjoys more efficient workflows, real-time updates, and a streamlined approach to managing their day-to-day operations.
The system has become an invaluable tool that continues to improve productivity, helping the business operate more efficiently, reduce errors, and increase overall performance.
The client has recently asked us to create a second system for their other Green Energy business and that’s about to launch as of March 2025.

RW Bell Building Services is a trusted Scottish provider of top-quality electrical, plumbing, and building solutions. With decades of experience, they cater to domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors, making them a trusted partner in the community and beyond.
Nearly a decade ago, RW Bell Building Services engaged Inspire to develop their first bespoke work-tracking system. As our inaugural project in this domain, it was a milestone moment that set the stage for future innovations.
This collaboration provided invaluable insights and laid the groundwork for our expertise in creating efficient, customised digital solutions tailored to industry needs.
More recently, it was time to build on that success and take RW Bell’s operations to the next level.
Key requirements
Perform a substantial system enhancement project to make the system we built even better and to add a large number of new, useful features that would make their day-to-day operations even more efficient.
What we did
Inspire crafted a custom-built system tailored to RW Bell’s specific needs, offering a seamless solution to streamline their operations. By making sure all systems worked seamlessly together, Inspire has helped RW Bell deliver enhanced operational efficiency with minimal effort.
We also helped RW Bell gain 50% funding for the enhancement project from the Scottish Government’s Digital Boost scheme, so it was a win/win for all parties.
