The Outcome

The Brief
PK Climate Action, part of Perth and Kinross Council, came to us with a pressing need: a brand-new website to act as a central hub for climate information in the region. They wanted a platform to educate residents on how they could contribute to fighting climate change, while also promoting local climate events and allowing the community to list their own initiatives. The project needed to be completed quickly despite the large volume of content that had to remain accessible.
This project was especially meaningful to us as it aligned with our commitment to purpose-driven digital solutions. PK Climate Action’s mission resonated with us, and we were eager to deliver a platform that would empower individuals, spark conversations, and ultimately drive climate action in the community.

What We Did
To achieve these objectives, we focused on creating a website that balanced functionality with accessibility. Our approach involved building a modular content management system using content blocks, which provided the council with the flexibility to update and rearrange information without technical expertise.
We also prioritised an inviting and user-friendly design to make PK Climate Action feel approachable rather than overwhelming. The event promotion feature was a key aspect, enabling both the council and community members to highlight local initiatives, further fostering engagement and participation.
