The Outcome

The Fife Chamber of Commerce wanted a contemporary logo, and that’s what our team at Inspire delivered. The refreshed Fife Chamber logo introduces a modern touch while preserving its core identity.

Since the original all-red design felt dated, Inspire’s redesign introduced a dynamic blue accent that adds a fresh, contemporary edge.

Inspire is an active member and Premier Partner of The Chamber, that’s why we’re proud to support them by delivering a new logo that accurately represents their values and ethos as a company.

The Brief

Committed to fostering a vibrant, progressive business community, Fife Chamber of Commerce supports local enterprises through strategic networking, impactful events, and development initiatives.

And through innovation and cooperation, this company empowers businesses to succeed, strengthening the regional economy and connecting organisation across various sectors.

Fife Chamber of Commerce approached Inspire for a completely new website in 2022. As part of the website project, we also worked on a Brand Refresh exercise.

They didn’t want to radically change their existing logo, as it was well known locally, but it needed a touch-up and polishing to present the best image.

The original logo, before we started out work is shown here:

Key requirements

Deliver a logo that best represents the values and forward-thinking spirit of the brand
Modernise the logo while retaining its existing font and the distinctive flourish at the bottom of their current logo
Create a more eye-catching colour palette to replace the red-only colour of their present logo
Align all of their sub-brands with the refreshed logo for consistency.

What we did

Inspire handled Fife Chamber’s rebrand with one key principle: understanding their vision. We delved deep into their visual identity, values, and goals, analysing their references to see what resonated - and what didn’t.

As a result, our team created a bold, unified logo that captures Fife Chamber’s dynamic essence and positions them as a progressive leader in today’s business landscape.

The main actions we took

Inverted the beloved red flourish for a more modern look, creating a send of upward momentum and sophistication
Retained the bold font and refined the colour palette to flawlessly align with Fife Chamber’s innovative approach and to deliver a timeless yet revitalised brand presence
Provided visual identity guidelines to make sure that the brand is correctly represented across various channels and marketing materials
Included in the guidelines the sub logos to define each of the networking events that the Chamber organise, proper use of the logo, and the specific colours and typography that represent the brand
