Since its founding in 1989, Bellmans has built a reputation as one of the South of England's premier fine art auction houses. And after combining heritage with forward-thinking innovation, they've grown into a national leader in online auctions.

Their dedication to providing high-quality, seamless auction experiences has earned them recognition as a trusted name, offering both in-person and digital bidding opportunities to collectors across the UK.

When COVID-19 disrupted traditional in-person auctions, Bellmans Auctioneers took this opportunity to evolve. That’s when they approached Inspire to turn their website into a high-performing platform for live online auctions.

Bellmans had already selected an online auction software provider, Snoofa, and they needed a website company with experience in integrating that seamlessly. That’s one of the key reasons they selected Inspire for the project as we’ve done this before for another UK auction house.

For Bellmans, our focus was on delivering a sleek, user-friendly website that seamlessly integrated with Snoofa's online auction platform.

By working closely with the Snoofa technical team, we ensured a flawless user experience, where visitors could easily access auction information, view listings, and place bids—all without noticing the complex behind-the-scenes work.

With pages on the website controlled across different platforms by two different teams, the challenge was to maintain a smooth, cohesive experience for users while keeping everything functional across both Inspire’s and Snoofa’s hosting environments.

And with the technical knowledge of our team and expert collaboration with Snoofa, the result is a polished site that keeps the focus on what matters most: a positive auction experience.
