The Opportunity

The Account Executive is an ambassador for exceptional client service and responsible for engaging with incoming leads and enquiries, understanding requirements and preparing proposals.  Working closely with our technical teams, they will understand our services ‘inside-out’ and utilise their knowledge to present opportunities.

JOB ROLE

OCCUPATIONAL CATEGORY

Sales Representatives of Services, Except Advertising, Insurance, Financial Services, and Travel

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage effectively with all incoming leads, understanding their requirements, and present solutions.
  • Be an ambassador within the business for exceptional client service
  • Maintain client records within HubSpot
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop a suite of sales support materials
  • Report weekly to the Managing Director on the sales pipeline and KPIs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep up to date with all changing technologies and trends within the industry to best advise and provide knowledge to clients
  • Analyse client and engagement data to support the development of business intel.

SKILLS

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working in a client service-focused environment;
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to form trusted partnerships;
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing;
  • Experience working with a CRM platform;
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently;
  • Creative problem solver.

Desirable:

  • Digital Agency experience
  • Public tender experience
  • Experience working in a remote based organisation
  • Experience working in an international business
  • Experience of working with Hubspot
  • Experience of developing internal sales procedures

WORK HOURS

40 hours per week
Please note, occasional evening and weekend working may be required to meet the demands of the business and clients.
