Declan came to Inspire via one of our alliance partners, The Ad Shed, back in September 2012.
Declan did not have a website presence but recognised that in order to communicate what the practice offered this would be the best medium to do it.
The Ad Shed had already created the brand look/feel but needed a web partner to build from their design.
What We Did
Inspire worked with The Ad Shed and Bridge of Earn Dental Practice to understand the full scope and stakeholder responsibilities.
Following the scoping exercise this was documented into a detailed requirements, signed off and discussed this with The Ad Shed so the designs remained within the client budget, post individual page layouts being mocked and signed off.
Inspire then liaised with The Ad Shed for photography, branding and website copy.
In parallel to the development of the website, Inspire provided the practice owner and dentist associate guidance on content creation.
Once built Inspire then provided training to the practice owner and staff on how to get best value from the website.
After 6 years the site was then refreshed with a full page width, responsive and ssl certificate.
This engagement continues now in the form of our ongoing telephone query support and a Site Review every 6 months.
Unlike many web design or marketing agencies, we do not run automated software and send you out a long technical Website Review Report on what you or indeed your last developer have missed.
We recognise that the web is evolving at a tremendous pace, one real month is equal to one web year, so what was delivered just a few years ago, may very well be looking tired and dated.
At the four BNI Groups we are members of, we are fully signed up to Givers Gain and offer referral clients 20 minutes of our consultancy time (at no charge).
We cover a range of areas such as "What is the objective of your website?"; "What is your business model?"; "Who is your audience?"; then we can cover User eXperience; Usability; Site Analytics; Search Engine Optimisation (On-Site).
We know the value of both your and our time but we also know that we're keen to build relationships and this approach is the first building block in establishing that mutual trust and respect.
