The Opportunity
We are delighted to be seeking a driven and ambitious individual who is keen to develop their sales career in a growing organisation. This newly created position will provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to ‘make their mark’ on our sales function and support the development of existing sales processes. This position forms part of the Operations Department and is provided with the close support of the Marketing and Client Relationship team.
Inspire Digital is going places, and we need to develop our Sales function to support the expansion of our reach, attracting new business and converting enquiries into clients.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Support our ambitious growth plans and actively contribute to its success
- Engage with all incoming leads, qualify their requirements, and present solutions.
- Be an ambassador within the business for exceptional client service
- Maintain client records within HubSpot
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop a suite of sales support materials
- Report weekly to the Managing Director on the sales pipeline and KPIs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend various networking event and exhibitions to help raise the profile of the business and gain new contact, clients, and referral partners.
- Keep up to date with all changing technologies and trends within the industry to best advise and provide knowledge to clients
- Work with the team to develop existing internal sales procedures
- Analyse client and engagement data to support the development of business intel.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate with ongoing support from the existing members of the team. A key element of your training will be working closely with our technical teams and understanding our services ‘inside-out.’ Inspire Digital offers a collaborative, team-focused working environment fueled by the shared desire to service our clients and support the growth of the business.
Inspire Digital operates a hybrid working environment and the successful candidate can be based remotely or from our offices in Perth or Glasgow. The position is ideally offered on a full-time 40 hours per week basis, although consideration will be given to part-time working requests with availability to cover five days per week between Monday to Friday. Some occasional evening work may be required to meet client requirements.
Due to the requirement to occasionally travel to client premises across the country, applicants must hold a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle.

Essential requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience within a digital design/ web sales environment
- Target driven

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to form trusted partnerships
- Experience working with a CRM platform,

- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
