The Opportunity 

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where you play a key role in developing and managing our sales pipelines?   

As our Digital Sales Executive you will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, qualifying requirements and converting enquiries into sales.  You will be an ambassador for exceptional client service and work closely with our technical teams, to understand our services inside-out and utilise your knowledge to present opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Essential:

•    Minimum two years’ experience within a digital/web sales environment;
•    Knowledge of the digital landscape and/or digital marketing
•    Experience of working to targets; 
•    Experience of working in a client service focused environment;
•    Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to form trusted partnerships;
•    Effective communicator both verbally and in writing;
•    Experience working with a CRM platform;
•    Self-motivated and comfortable working independently;
•    Creative problem solver.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

•    Driving Licence
•    Degree-level qualified
•    Digital agency experience
•    Public tender experience
•    Experience working in a remote based, international business
•    Experience of working with Hubspot
•    Experience of developing internal sales procedures

responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

•    Develop and manage our sales pipelines
•    Lead and/or contribute to the winning of new accounts; including making presentations, engaging in negotiations, ensuring follow-up and production of necessary documentation
•    Visit customer sites to better understand their business and propose how best we can support their business.
•    Work hand in hand with the client team and marketing so make best use of internal resources to support the business development and sales 
•    Undertake bi-annual client website reviews as a core business development activity
•    Be an ambassador within the business for exceptional client service
•    Maintain client records within HubSpot
•    Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop a suite of sales support materials
•    Attend various networking events and exhibitions to help raise the profile of the business and gain new contact, clients, and referral partners
•    Keep up to date with all changing technologies and trends within the industry to best advise and provide knowledge to colleagues and clients
•    Work with the team to develop existing internal sales procedures
•    Analyse client and engagement data to support the development of business intel.
