Business Development Executive (Graduate Trainee)

Are you a recent graduate with exceptional potential? 


You may have recently obtained a first class honours degree or demonstrated excellence through some other means be that a past project or internship. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a multi-layered role that includes Sales, Business Development, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Telesales,… . 

You may knowledge of Business Management, Marketing, and/or Psychology and ideally be able to have technical conversations and provide guidance and support to clients regarding their needs.

The role comes with an excellent starting salary, which will be reviewed after 6 months based on performance. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person as you will be working directly with the owner on various projects and joining a thriving business.

experience requirements:

Ideally you’ll be able to share examples of dealing with people through questioning, listening, interpreting their needs. 

Candidates with experience in sales from the digital, creative or marketing sectors, is ideal but not essential. 

education requirements:

A recent degree in a relevant subject such as business management, marketing or psychology or other is required


Any on the job training and qualifications that pertain to the above would be preferred but not essential. Digital Marketing Institute Certifications are desirable

Daily duties will include:

  • Generating new sales opportunities from incoming and qualified leads 

  • Identifying new opportunities 

  • Recording and updating HubSpot 

  • Creating and running SEMRush, HubSpot & Toggl Reports 

  • Building on existing relationships and generating new ones 

  • Establishing customer requirements 

  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets 

  • Maintaining commercial awareness and market research 

  • Attending networking and industry events 


We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

work hours:

40 hours per week
